I have said this before and Scott nailed it right here. Disconnect. Our biggest problem is getting the people who matter connected to what we do. We have to do this. Hollywood can't even make a non-vfx movie with out us. Even if its just the DI process. Blowing something up is one thing, fixing mistakes, or just helping the director better tell the story is another thing completely.
